The Science of the Sexes (ARTICLES)
The hormonal quotient of the sexes puzzles me. The humankind became innumerable but then this is the greatest irony the world has yet to explain, although science does its homework even more than religiously. How can men and women co-exist when they’re entirely poles apart? Although observation wise, there are some same-sex relationships in the present times that really works! But originally, this is not supposed to happen.
For one, men and women don’t just look differently, they
also think differently, and feel differently.
Men would presuppose women are so sensitive and women would interpret
men’s pragmatism as indifference. It is
some kind of an offense accepted as part of daily life when a man tells a woman
to do things because they had to be done.
It would seem that the woman is really of the lesser sex therefore.
Maybe this explains why at present, same-sex relationships thrive.
But what overwhelms me is their need for each other and of
course, how they could unite despite their differences. Maybe a stroke of luck in the universe
similar to the law of gravity that somewhere the sexes meet halfway. Maybe nature designed them to procreate so they
have to need each other somehow. Is this designation of nature the thing they
call “love”?
But then again, it’s something science cannot fully explain.
The way they cannot fully explain why the invention of communication gadgets
led to promiscuity and family instability.
It is not even known if sooner or later human race would be wiped out,
not because of nuclear war or any other physical cause, but because people
prefer to stay with their same sex partners for life. Maybe, if this feeling designed by nature no
longer matter to humans, they would prefer cloning new humans, instead of
procreating them.
