Indolence of Humanity (ARTICLES)

Having eyes that can see only the things they  wanna  see.  Those ears hear the things that are only good to hear.  Generosity and benevolence is highlighted too much for the social media to devour but the issue here is, why do we give?  The most common motive for helping is popularity.

In the first place, why teach the senses to be biased?  Did man lose his conscience just because times have changed and the law of morality is nothing more than a thing of the past? Nowadays people are slowly turning back their instinctiveness to the prehistoric times when the first of the herds of Homo sapiens concerned themselves primarily, and for the most of their lives, hunting animals and gathering fruits for food.  Now, with all the amenities of life, man is at the brink of destroying each other, not by bows and arrows, but with false ideologies, crazy enough to kill all remaining human generations and even this earth, is endangered because of man’s intent greed and lust for power.

After all the advancements in Education, Technology, Medicine and even Infrastructure, man never learned to be humane.  He has remained primitive only dressed and groomed differently.  But is he anything different from the “cave man” of the pre-historic times? I doubt it.

As long as the value of materialism resides in the hearts of men, to get more than what his neighbor has, man will remain barbaric.  As long as those feelings of greed, avarice, fetishness, and the hunger to be recognized, no amount of education and advancement can assure the sustainability of human existence.  As long as religion is used to cover-up pent-up feelings of isolation and pride, there’s only one place for this earth to tread on. That is destruction.
