The Justice why not wrong (ARTICLES)

In our society crime is available, we know that. And law to take its own course, there is no value for emotions.

Some time we can see and understand that , the alleged person is not the real criminal, the real criminal someone others , but there are no any record with the cases about the real criminals.

We society & law experts understand that, the alleged person is not the real criminal, some how. But the case related all of documents & records are against of alleged person, even all record & documents are fake  and the alleged person just a victim of conspiracy.

At the situation the judge will give the decision, the alleged person is the truly real criminal, he is guilty & punished him . It is normal process in our society by law.

The question arise here,  Is that decision right, what is done by the Judge ? By the law , The judge always right ,it means decision is right.  

My opinion different, the decision is wrong , because The judge given a decision with all fake documents & record, against of an innocent person, who was never involve with that crime. And the innocent person  is proved a guilt & got punished !  So at this kind of cases & decision when happen, all most The justice is wrong, somehow.
