“The original meaning of the Catastrophe”. Is it true really?

I had read that in a text book during my childhood. There is nothing wrong, the wise person said  in the book .

In everyday life, such as we need money for, without money peoples cannot survive at all. Create or destroyed , somehow you need money. It means money is the cause of disasters for human life’s , anyway.

Not only that, in some cases, peoples forgotten his existence also. They thought that, they has money, it means have power. They also forget own relatives, even their own blood too, because of money.

Needless to say, - Influence of money is to much stronger in this era . Is it possible peoples can be come out from this kind of mentality ?

My opinion - not possible, because they are already addicted with money and they loved their life with money only . If there any drug addicted person, we have treatment to make him cure , but money addicted person , there is no any doctor who can make him cure .

So my opinion, - unexpected extra money & their misuse is the cause of disasters for human life’s .
