Deny one, lose hundreds (ARTICLES)
If you
are doing business, you need to be very
cautious from several angles. One particular
aspect is customer claim. There is no assurance of a hundred percent service , But you can try for 99% !!
If you
can provide 99% service to your client, which you can boast to be the best
service in The world !!
Of
course you are trying to provide 100% services for your clients &
everything is going very well. But you should not be complacent. Because you
already know that you can provide only
99% services, trying for 100% is just a remote possibility !! So keep quiet and
do better each time you learn from previous experiences .
In
between you will get customer claim, one , two , three or more , it is normal
for business. Because we are human, we all are different in character !!
At that
situation what should you do, deny? or
respect the claimants & try to fix the problem ?
The
logic of the situation . If you respect the claimants, you win the game & your business will auto-
advertise through them.
On the
other hand, If you deny the
claimant, you lose the game ! Your business reputation
will be tarnished, again through the claimant,
from one to tens & hundred possible clients.
