Law make to peoples stupid (ARTICLES)

A real story in my Knowledge. It was happen year 2013,between two companies. One company fraud  with an other company amount about  ten thousand U.S Dollars , closed the office & run away. The suffering company find out the fraud company ,somehow & get the payment installment by bank cheques , but all cheques are dishonored. The fraud company run away again  & one year the suffering company can’t found them any more.

After that the suffering party went to the nearest police station & submit the case against of the fraud party, because it ‘s a criminal offence ! Police start work within their own systems. Six months gone, no any good information from police, just said – we are doing work within our system. The suffering party waiting longer to hear from. It’s already one & half year gone, lost money & suffering.

A day the suffering company received a notice from the court, “come to The court and make settlement about your payment”. The suffering party is very happy to received the notice from the court & they are sure to going to get money by the law soon!

The period of settlement happened an other story. The judge said to the suffering party , update your companies government registered document & submit to the court again, settlement will happen next month.

Next month both party met at the court for settlement. The judge asking to the suffering party –“Do you have any lawyer to proceed this case?” The suffering party answered-“ Dear Sir, We just came here for settlement about my lost money ,which was fraud by an other company long time ago. All of evidence & proved with us copy and original already submitted to the court , hope so you have study that already, we are just waiting for decision. So why should I need a lawyer for ? We  have lost money & already suffering nearly two years. This amount we will get back or not , still now we are not sure about it!

 If we hire a lawyer , he will not do work for us free, he will charge us 20% of whole amount ,  It ‘s two thousand Dollars , again we are going to pay for uncertain project !! No, we should never do stupidity any more and we are sure that no need any lawyer to handle this case from our side, because our submitted documents are very strong and  the story is true . Only those peoples need lawyer for help, who has fake documents & fake story .

So if you like to ask any question , related of this case , feel free can ask to us. Of course we are available to answer your all question! If you really need a lawyer from our side for fulfill  your official documents, then the government lawyer can involve with this case from our side & there is no objection from our side , but we are not agree to spend any more extra money for a uncertain project. The Judge understand our strictness and said - you can handle the case yourselves.

At the end of the war of words on both sides ,  the judge given a decision- “fraud party will clear the payment within one year, whole amount and the installment will not less then 300 U.S Dollars per month. The Suffering party accept that, because of no choice.

But question arise here, why the fraud party not get punishment for their malfeasance ? Who will pay for the suffering party’s timing value?

The law help to the fraud party again here, given to them one more year time for the actual payment, without any punishment & to leave the suffering party for suffer again one more year !!

So my opinion-  the law  make to peoples just  stupid , do not help to peoples whom are really suffered.

Bythe way to saying here, I had proceed this case myself as like a lawyer & opposition lawyer, the fraud party couldn't win.
